Hannah Johnson serves as SageGuard Financial Group’s Chief Operating Officer and an Investment Adviser Representative, bringing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and integrity to the firm. A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, and Management. She joined SageGuard Financial Group full-time in September 2023.

Hannah’s passion for financial planning, business operations, and organizational growth makes her uniquely equipped to serve both clients and advisors. As part of the next generation of leadership, she is committed to carrying forward the values instilled by her mentor and father, DJ Johnson: integrity, transparency, and always putting clients first.

As Chief Operating Officer, Hannah leads the firm’s operational strategy, compliance initiatives, advisor support, recruiting efforts, and long-term growth. She works closely with every department to enhance the client experience, strengthen internal processes, and position SageGuard for continued success. While helping lead the firm’s strategic initiatives, Hannah also works directly with clients and collaborates closely with DJ Johnson to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each family’s unique goals. Known for her collaborative leadership style and forward-thinking mindset, she is passionate about building a firm that serves clients with excellence while creating opportunities for advisors and team members to thrive.

Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Miles, and their two rescue dogs, Ollie and Brock. Guided by her Christian faith, she is passionate about serving her church and giving back to her community through volunteerism and local organizations. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing golf, exploring Nashville’s food scene, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans and South Carolina Gamecocks.
